If your complaint is different then City Medical’s the you should file your own complaint to the SBA. Many complaints have come form other companies that will be effected buy the lack of “Protection of Small Suppliers”, although they are not Small Suppliers themselves. These companies do fall under the protection of the SBA as they have an annual revenue below $6 Million. (Remember the under $3.5 Million rule is only for the “Protection of Small Suppliers” in the bid process.
Complaints have come from: Billing Services, Billing Software Companies, Manufacturers, Local Distributors, Local Oxygen Repair Shops, Landlords and Pharmacies that have annual revenue below $6 Million but cannot receive proper protection from the SBA because the Final Rule establishes “Protection for companies below $3.5 Million"
